About Robin
Robin began shooting seriously at age 5, posing her stuffed animals in various “set-ups” and photographing them using disposable cameras or sometimes just her mind.
These days Robin specializes in the photography of people. She has photographed music legends such as Lady Gaga , Cyndi Lauper, Annie Lennox, Sarah McLachlin and The B-52s, and new popular artists like Katy Perry and many more. She works with artists to help develop their style and image.
Robin has shot over 275 weddings. She has photographed events and portraiture for clients around the world and hopes to cater to fun-loving and artistic couples and families who are looking for documentary style coverage with an artful edge. Two years ago she started, Le Cadeau by Robin, a new brand of boudoir photography all about celebrating natural beauty in a simple and classic way. Robin recently founded a social organization to support GLBT and gay-friendly wedding vendors called W.I.F.E. (Wedding Industry for Equality).
Robin has worked for various television outlets such as MTV Networks as well as corporate clients such as Levi Strauss & Co and Disney on Broadway. Her work has been seen in Sports Illustrated, The New York Times, New York Magazine Weddings Issue, Brides New York, Manhattan Bride, and various media outlets.
