Alyssa and Andrew live near the famous Riverside Park (remember that scene in You’ve Got Mail?) where we shot their engagement photos on a very very hot summer day. It was a fun shoot, complete with live action Shakespearean drama, see the 6th photo down. This sweet couple is getting married in October at the lovely Liberty House, overlooking the NYC skyline in Jersey City.

Megan and Kirby

Megan and Kirby married at beautiful Mountain Springs Lake Resort in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. The couple had their ceremony among 20 of their closest friends and family on a small beach on the property and met the rest of their guests at the lodge for a fun party in the evening. The couple was driven to their reception in a bright yellow VW bug by Megan’s proud father. Megan is crafty and worked on a lot of the wedding details as DIY projects.

Megan and Kirby are such wonderful people and it was my absolute pleasure to document their happy day. I was so glad they were brave enough to jump in a row boat and take a little trip out on the water which made for some really beautiful images. Thanks to Chelsea Salyer for joining me.

Sophie and Jerry

Sophie and Jerry married at the beautiful Onteora Mountain House in upstate NY overlooking the gorgeous Catskill mountains. The day felt calm and relaxed and Sophie spent the early afternoon playing with the couple’s dog Cooper and practicing her vows for her friends. At the end of the night they served a NYC favorite, cupcakes from Crumbs bakery! It was such a pleasure to work for this sweet and easy-going couple. Thanks to Michelle Arlotta for coming along to help me out!

Dara and Helena

Helena and Dara are an adorable Brooklyn-based couple who are planning a really fun September wedding at a place called Club Getaway in Connecticut. For their engagement session, we walked around the quaint neighborhood of Dumbo on a gorgeous Friday afternoon and dodged the bustling crowds of tourists on the Brooklyn Bridge. We visited the very cool Superfine, an early date spot for Dara and Helena. These two are super sweet and laid-back and I’m so excited to document their fabulously fun event this fall.

Karla and Jeff

Karla and Jeff married at Paradise Ridge Winery in Sonoma County in California on a bright and sunny Friday. Unlike most of my clients, I met Karla many years back while we were both attending Ithaca College and working together at the famous Moosewood Cafe in Ithaca, NY over the summer. So I’m probably a little biased when I say they are one of my favorite couples I’ve worked with, but they are. They are super sweet and appreciative and FUN! Did I mention they can party? I had a wonderful time at this wedding and it was a pleasure to meet the friends and family of Karla and Jeff! Here are some of my favorites for now!

Punita and Anand

I photographed the beautiful wedding of Punita and Anand on a very hot June Saturday at Crossed Keys in Andover, NJ. The day was full of energy, color and emotion. The couple married outside in an traditional Indian ceremony while guests fanned themselves under paper parasols. After the ceremony, Punita and Anand changed into their reception outfits and headed out to the tent for dinner, dancing, and s’mores by the fire pit. Thanks to Angie and Glenn for all their help and a special thanks to Punita and Anand for having me photograph this important day for them.

Jenny and Clayton

Jenny and Clayton got hitched outside of Boston this June on a very hot day. Luckily, we were inside at the beautiful Villa at Rider Country Club. The couple’s two dogs were even there decked out in their wedding best for the occasion. Jenny changed for their traditional tea ceremony. The beautiful available light pouring in through the windows made this ceremony one of my favorite parts of the day to photograph. Thanks to Jenny Boyle for coming along to photograph with me and Jenny and Clayton for being so sweet and fun to work with!

Alana and Mike

I met Alana and Mike down in Dumbo for their engagement session on a perfect weekday evening. A stop for ice cream and a personalized poem written on the Brooklyn Bridge, it proved to be a productive and unique shoot! I’m looking forward to photographing Alana and Mike’s wedding in October.

Liz and Keith
